Binding conditions  for group reservations
in the Nuremberg Bratwurst Glöcklam Cathedral

From 30 people with a menu, the following also applies:
 

• 7 days before the event, EUR 300.00 must be transferred to our account  to be paid down.
   

• Cancellations are free up to 3 working days before VA, 2 working days before VA 25% of the agreed menu price will be charged.
   

• For cancellations of less than 1 working day, 50% of the agreed menu price will be charged.
   

• The exact number of people is to be announced one day before the VA.
   

• For tour groups with a travel companion or bus driver, the Nuremberg Bratwurst Glöckl am Dom takes over one meal and one drink from 20 people, from 50 people we take over 2 meals and 2 drinks.
   

• If music (live music) is requested by the organizer, we will only establish contact. GEMA registrations are to be submitted by the VA.
   

• For group reservations of 30 people or more without a menu, are also  EUR 300.00 to be paid 7 days before VA. This amount will then be billed to the VA. If the reservation is canceled one working day or later before VA, we reserve the right to withhold this as compensation.
   

• In the case of written reservations of 10 people or more, we reserve the right that if the reservation is not shown or canceled in writing (1 working day before), you will be charged a flat-rate fee of € 200 as compensation.
